Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders over $100 — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed!
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via UPS and USPS using real-time carrier rates calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by service selected:
- UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
- USPS Ground Advantage / Parcel Select: 2-8 business days
- Expedited options (UPS 2nd Day Air, Priority Mail Express): available at checkout
A handling fee of $3.00 is applied to carrier-calculated rates.
International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, and DHL Express. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada & Africa: 5-15 business days
- Australia & Rest of World: 10-30 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel) Some clothing items (sweatshirts, hoodies, tees, leggings, and other garments) are made to order and may ship separately from footwear. Please allow additional production time of 3-7 business days before shipment.
Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at nagastfootwear@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
