Return Policy

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 15 days of the original purchase date for store credit. We will only issue a refund to the credit card in cases of overcharges or sale code discounts.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. Please return your shoes with a note including the correct size or reason for exchange. Your replacement will be shipped within 5–7 days of receiving your return.

We will cover return shipping costs only if the error was on our end. You must ship back via Priority or Express — we do not cover that cost. We only cover ground shipping when we shipped the wrong product or a defective item.
